Terms and conditions

Design: Under no circumstances I can copy 100% the design of another cake maker, although I can use other’s designs as inspiration. I can add similar decorations to satisfy the theme of the cake/treats. Any changes to the order design will be accepted until two weeks prior to the event date. After this time, changes may incur in additional charges.

Collection: If you wish to collect your order, you must keep to the agreed date and time. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the goods once they leave the premises.

Delivery: Delivery of goods is available for a fee.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation, booking fees are not refundable. Please get in touch to discuss other options. Any balance paid after the booking fee, however, can be refunded if the order is cancelled over two weeks before the order is due.

Photographs: We reserve the right to photograph your products before delivery/collection for our own reference and sharing in social media/webpage.

Release and Liability: We will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your order. I will not be held responsible for the goods order once collected or delivered. I will advise you on how to store your goods beforehand. A sticker with the allergen presents on the goods will be displayed on the packaging.

Goods shelf life: Store your goods in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results consume within three days of reception.

GDPR: We care about your private information and we take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy covers identifiable personal information that we gather when we take an order from you or you visit our Facebook page. The information we collect may include name, address, telephone number, email address and a delivery address and event date. We do not share or sell your information to any 3rd party and only those involved in the processing of your order will need access to the information. The information you provide when you place an order is not kept any longer than is necessary and destroyed in a responsible manner.

Placing an order with Sweet Treats by Alicia and paying the booking fee, is an acknowledgement of the customer confirming and accepting all the terms and conditions indicated in this statement. If the customer declines any of the above, then the order is not to be placed. If the customer decides after booking to decline the terms and conditions to Sweet Treats by Alicia, then the order will be cancelled with immediate effect losing any booking fees paid.
