Cake Flavours
We offer several flavours, made with high quality ingredients, aiming to use natural flavours and colours. Here are some examples, and if your preference is not listed here, just let us know and we can make it happen.
Classic Vanilla - Madagascan vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry preserve.
Rich Chocolate - A rich chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate ganache. Alternatively flavoured chocolate ganache is available for example chocolate orange or salted caramel.
Sicilian Lemon - Fluffy lemon sponge filled with lemon curd or vanilla buttercream.
Cherry Bakewell - An almond sponge cake filled with cherry preserve.
Dulce de leche (Caramel) - Fluffy Vanilla sponge cake filled with salted caramel and salted caramel ganache.
Champagne & Strawberry - Champagne flavoured sponge, drizzled with champagne & filled with strawberry preserve.
White Chocolate & Raspberry - A very moist fresh vanilla and white chocolate sponge filled with white chocolate ganache and raspberry gelee insert.
Red Velvet: - A perfectly balanced red velvet sponge with cream cheese and mandarin zest frosting.
Nocciola (Hazelnut and Chocolate): A rich chocolate sponge, with hazelnut and chocolate ganache with pieces of roasted hazelnut between layers
Cake Pricing Structure
The cost of a wedding or celebration cake varies widely depending on the size of the cake and the amount of intricate skilled work required to craft your design.
The following can be used as a guide to our pricing structure but please ask for a bespoke quote.
Starting prices for 5" tall single tier, 4 layers sponge celebration cakes are as follows:

*Please note: These prices represent a basic level of decorative detail, like a drip cake. The price for an 6 inch single tier celebration cake with the level of design you see in my portfolio is usually between £95 -£130+ particularly where multiple modelled elements such as sugar flowers are required.
Celebration/Birthday cakes: A date can be secured for your celebration cake by paying a non refundable booking fee of 50% of the cake cost, and the final amount being paid 2 weeks prior to your event.
Celebration cakes to be collected from our studio at an agreed time. Delivery can be provided at an extra cost.
Wedding Cakes: A wedding cake consultation can be booked for £30 which will consist of up to an hour consultation and a sample box with at least 4 cakes and 4 fillings. This will be included on your cake quote if you decide to book with us
A sample box without a consultation can be purchased for £20.
Please note my minimum wedding cake order is £270 (does not includes delivery and setup).
Your wedding date can be secured with a £100 non-refundable booking fee, please note your date is not secure until this has been paid.
Wedding cake delivery and set up at your venue will be included in your quote.
